Use of the app. MMAServiceTracker is provided to our employees, contractors and customers to manage service work. You agree to use it only for that purpose and to keep your login private.

SMS Terms

• Program: MMA sends SMS notifications about job assignments and job status changes to team members who have opted in.

• Opt-in: You opt in by turning on SMS notifications in your profile settings in the app and providing your mobile number.

• Message frequency: Varies with job activity; typically a few messages per day.

• "Message and data rates may apply."

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or turn off SMS notifications in your profile.

• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact Office@MachMainAutomation.com or 877-234-9662.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Privacy. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

 

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
