Who this applies to. This policy covers our MMAServiceTracker app and the text messages (SMS) we send through it. Our SMS program is used to notify our technicians, dispatchers and administrators about job assignments and job status changes.

What we collect. Name, work email address, mobile phone number, job title, and your notification preferences. For customers, we store business contact details and service records. We also record app activity such as job status changes and time logs.

How we use it. To run our field-service operations: assigning jobs, tracking service work, producing service reports, and sending notifications you've chosen to receive by email, push notification, or SMS.

SMS consent. You receive SMS notifications only if you turn on SMS notifications in your profile settings and provide your mobile number. You can turn them off at any time in your profile, or by replying STOP to any message.

Sharing. "We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes." We share information only with service providers that help us run the app and deliver messages (for example, our hosting, email and SMS delivery providers), and only as needed to provide those services.

Retention and security. We keep records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit.
